It doesn´t work
I can't connect. The reference number I was sent with the subscription payment does not work.

Note that the restoration process has to be followed on the device you originally placed an order.
If the restoration fails, please, let me know in which step it failed and if there was an error message.
Please, check if you have our application, we are Windy.com (red and white logo), not Windy app (blue and white).
You can tell you are a Premium subscriber by the crown icon on your profile picture.

You can message me the reference number you are using and I will check if it is the correct one.
The reference ending in 54145 still does not work
@Thame to find out why you can't restore your Premium features I will need more info – in which step does the restoration fail, is there any error message?
I would also recommend checking if you are logged in with the right account. Please, note that you have to restore the purchase in the desktop version, not in the app.
I only have it installed on my PC desktop. When I write the reference number, below is a warning saying:
"The purchase could not be restored"
@Thame The subscription you are trying to restore is assigned to a user
It is not possible to assign one subscription to multiple accounts.
