The reference ending in 54145 still does not work

@Thame to find out why you can't restore your Premium features I will need more info – in which step does the restoration fail, is there any error message?
I would also recommend checking if you are logged in with the right account. Please, note that you have to restore the purchase in the desktop version, not in the app.

I only have it installed on my PC desktop. When I write the reference number, below is a warning saying:
"The purchase could not be restored" -
