Unable to purchase

I have tried about six times to pay for Premium, using FastSpring. I have used two different credit cards and PayPal. I have clicked purchase each time or hit enter and the FastSpring form just sits there, with no further action. I really want to subscribe but it is frustrating to have this bad an experience trying to spend my money.
