Login to Windy doesn't works

On computer operation system: Windows XP sp3, and browser:Google Chrome Version 49.0.2623.112, when correct both login and password data write-in , and then pushed the long blue button "Login", nothing has happened. Activity mark, circle, doesn't starts to rotate (as a sign that data are sending to the host and there is not possible login to Windy system.
It seems the Google Chrome "block" sending these data.
Does anyone know haw to resolve this problem, possibly to change particular setting in Chrome, but which one? -
Hello @Marijo-Nizetic, in this case, it is possible that the old version of Chrome causes this issue. Other users don't have this kind of issue. Thank you for your understanding.
