<![CDATA[Holyrood radar near St John's, NL, Canada new ID]]>This radar ID has changed recently with unit replacement. This means, once the new radar came online a few days ago, your Android app isn't seeing it (it's seeing the old radar address which is no longer functional). The new ID Is in the quoted message below...

"The radar's ID changed from WPT to CASHR and I suspect the owners of those apps haven't realized it's changed yet or are working on an update. Hopefully they'll fix it sooner than later."
