Premium version not working

Hi, not sure if this is the right place but, last month I subscribed the premium version, however it seems that it did not upgrade. I still have to wait for 12h for the update of the wx models and the "upgrade option" still shows like I haven't aqquired it.

Hi Bruno,
You need first to check if your subscription is really active:

• You should have a crown shown near you profile picture which means that you are Premium member.

• When you tick 1h forecast in the Meteogram and ECMWF is selected, you should get 1 hour step forecast (Forecast for each hour in a day instead of every 3 hours).

• Then when you click the small i at bottom right corner of your screen, you can see which run of the model is currently used (named Ref 00Z, Ref 06Z, Ref 12Z or Ref 18Z by Windy). This information should change every 6h about. But just looking at the map you cannot see a big change, of course.
