Is there a way to stop my wind notifications at rainy days?

I use the wind notifications for paragliding but get so many emails showing rainy days.

You can suspend the notifications for some time.

I have the same issue.
What the op is asking, is for a way to setup the alert and exclude rain from the alert. Now you can setup rain to be 'at least' a certain mm. But we need to exclude rain as well, not include it by default.

Wind speed from ... to ... AND Rain from 0mm to ...mm

You can set a minimum but no maximum amount of rain for the notification

Yeah I want to exclude hours when rain is falling as well. I only want to sport outside when it is dry ;) The maximum amount of rain needs to be set at 0mm. This addition looks simple but makes a huge difference. When can we expect an update?
