Would it be possible to use this public FTP data from the Australian Bureau of Meteorology website for further Australian weather reports?

It would be great if you could utilize:
Model Chart images - ftp://ftp.bom.gov.au/anon/gen/charts_data/
Radar images - ftp://ftp.bom.gov.au/anon/gen/radar/
All forecasts - ftp://ftp.bom.gov.au/anon/gen/fwo/

Might need to register to see if commercial use is possible with copyright laws?
