Wind direction and wind speed API cost

Hi,
I am planning to build a mobile app where I need to display wind speed and wind direction at any user choosen coordinates. I am thinking about using your wind api to retrieve these two information and put a reference to your website for the more wind related information (hourly wind prediction, gust info e.t.c.).
Is it possible to get a quote for this service? How much does it cost to get these two information on a production app? If my app is successful, we will drive more traffic to your website through the reference in our app as well. Kindly let me know. Looking forward to your response.
