Notifications / Alert: Max amount of rain

Hi Windy

I'm using your app to determine if the weather is good for paragliding. One of the conditions for good weather is no rain. I really like your alerts feature, but the only rain related condition I can setup is "minimum amount of rain". I would very much like the opposite as well "maximum amount of rain". Kinda like how the wind parameter is implemented: an input range. This would greatly improve the alerts for me, and not cause me to get disappointed when I receive the alert e-mail just to find out there is torrential rain as well on the forecast.
