<![CDATA[I am unable to change my profile picture]]>Re: Unable to change profile picture

When I go to change my profile picture, I can upload the new picture then when I try to save the picture the old picture returns.

I have tried this about 50 times. Turning off ad-blockers, different browsers, using my phone etc. To no avail

How do I go about making the change permanent?

Your photo is probably too large.
Make it smaller and try again.
Or your internet speed is low.

It only changed online not in the app. But it’s not an issue for me right now - as I explained in my initial post, I created a new account with the right picture and use that.

Click on "Edit" and then on "Change picture".

Just before I subscribed to premium. Only thing I could do was delete my account and create a new one with the correct picture, then subscribe.
Not the answer you’re looking for perhaps, but if you’re on a free account it’s really quick and easy to do.
