Combined layer

Hi. I'm a helicopter pilot. To plan my flight I mostly check 3-4 layers of weather at windy: ceiling, rain, visibility and wind. I have to scroll the time tag for each layer to get the understanding.
Could you invent a combined layer where a user could add several weather layers with interval conditioned coloring.
E.g. ceiling 0-500 gives red color to the combined layer; same red gives visibility 0-3 km. Rain more than 1.5 mm; wind speed 12+ m/s. So whatever weather parameter is critical for me it makes a red zone on the map.
