I was charged twice on my tablet (where an error message came up) and once on my telephone through Google Play. I use the same account on all devices.

@ChrisSurfski Hello Chris, I can see you have 2 monthly active subscription on FastSpring. I cannot check Google Play subscription, since Google manages their order on their own.
If you have active Google subscription, I can cancel the 2 order from FastSpring. Would you like me to do that?

@korina I was charged twice for premium just now and also had the error message via PayPal and they are pending with my bank. Can you cancel one?

Hello @avastproapk, in case you are subscribed via desktop, would you send me the email address you used to create a subscription?
As Korina mentions, in case you are subscribed via Google Play/App Store you have to cancel it by yourself since we have no control over these platforms.
