1 hr forecasts .... have a paid subscription and unable to activate 1 hr forecasts ... subscription was paid through Apple
-
@JohnHaagmans
Have you activate it ?
-
@JohnHaagmans Hello, please check this article. You need to be logged in on your iOS device and in the subscription offer click on "Restore purchases".
-
Thank you will try it
-
Have logged in , tried to click on the 1 h button, comes up with the windy premium screen, gone to restore purchases and entered the Apple order ID , with no success. Then tried the Apple Document No also with no success
It appears that I require a different style of reference ...
eg WINDY123456-1234-12345
Apple tax invoice has no reference that matches what appears in the restore purchases screen -
Forgot to mention that the subscription was paid using my desk top computer and it is the same computer that I am trying upgrade to Premium
-
@Yves70 Yes ... still wont do activate but will no doubt find a solution soon
-
@JohnHaagmans Hello, as mentioned in the manual, in case of purchasing on desktop, you need to restore it on desktop too.
Please do the same steps, but prepare order ID from FastSpring, which you received via email.
-
@Korina Morning ... The order was completed through Apple who sent me invoice details. The details on their receipt do not match the reference that Windy requires to activate the Premium service
As to this point in time we have not received a email from FastSpring with the order ID ... no doubt this would fix the problem
Maybe you could check with FastSpring as I do not have their contact details ... Thank you -
@JohnHaagmans problem has been solved thanks to my Son
Just went in and activated on my Apple Phone , then came back to Windows desk top and clicked on 1 hr forecast and all goodThank you for your assistance
