@triggernometry @auweatherwatcher @emilyyyZzz They are girls and we call them so. We use such naming in common language. We do not have anonymous helpdesk, but we have Kori and Petra ...and unlike Alexa or Siri, they are real ;-)

Just a note to our international Windy users (especially those from native english speaking countries) regarding the 'girls' wording in earlier posts:
Please bear in mind that Windy was founded and is based in Prague, Czech Republic, and the Founder and most of the Team (and many of the Moderators as well) speak english as a second language, just like many of the Windy users here too.
Therefore sometimes the small nuances of words and language used may not always carry the same weight or depth of meaning (either positive or negative) as they might do in other languages, cultures, or countries.
As was mentioned, at this time the main support is indeed provided by two female Team members, @Korina and @petra-pik

Thank you for removing the banner!
Those losing their minds about the use of “girls” need to chill out. Windy is from Europe, where they still use common sense in regards to language - unlike here in North America, where many read into and sensationalize the smallest nuances of words to make a statement. There is no infringement on equality or rights to see here... move on.

The way this application works is incredible, it is simple, fluid and most importantly, extremely accurate and to speak of the forecasts of up to 10 days, that seems to be from the future, to all this work group my congratulations and thanks, greetings

@Korina sorry, not good enough. It should disappear immediately the first time it has been seen/clicked on. It’s big, ugly and an eyesore each time I open the app that I have paid good money for.
Are you actually instead just testing out the banner for when you introduce advertising for free users in 2021 - don’t test it on me. -
