Globe view

Instead of a flat map style, a globed rendition of windy. It remedies distortion of shape and size of patterns and countries closer to the poles, and give intuitive and accurate proportions between depiction of the equator and poles.
Bonus points for representation of the larger geological structures, so their influence on weather patterns can be visually intuited.
