no rain radar Israel

Hi, the rain radar for Israel is not visible. I´ve been noticing it for couple of weeks now. But the rain season starts, so it gets more urgent. I can see only lightning traces on the map, not the rain radar reflections. The meteo service of Israel has f...d up their website a year ago, so might be some IT "expert" has again messed up with their data output. Anyways, a fix would be highly appreciated.

I dont see it. These are only lightnings traces (the brown/burnt-like texture), no rain reflections. -

No there sure is. I am sitting next to my window and it is raining.
See the sudden disapperance of rain reflections at the see cvlose to the border between Israel and Lebanon. Something is wrong indeed with the Israeli data. -

II can guarantee you it is raining heavily along the whole coast of Israel now. See the printscreen. Do you really thing all those lightnings are without rain? -
