      I was trying to change my profile picture but after refreshing the webpage my old profile picture is still on my profile. I tried to delete the uploaded photo but still, refreshing the webpage displays my old photo. My recent uploaded photo is JPEG 726kb but the webpage seems to be rejecting it.

            @Gkikas-LGPZ already did the process. But still it has bug as descripted in my first post. I deleted my picture now. But if i try to upload a new photo, it will revert to my old profile photo after refreshing the page even though i clicked the save changes.

                  In these screenshots I change my profile picture but still on windy.com and on my profile, the old one is still appearing. I hope someone in the administrators can answer.

                      @Korina tried uploading my picture via mobile and it seems to be okay. But the picture appearing on my windy mobile app is still my old one instead the new one. It seems to be that even though i deleted my uploaded photo, it is still retained on your server.

                            @Korina Any update on this? I went to my PC browser and it reverted again to my old picture. See attached photo for both desktop and mobile. They also have the same timestamp to prove that I'm not making this up. Changing the profile picture is bugged on any device!

                              Hi @Aidzer, have you previously tried clearing the website cache?

                              I would recommend clearing it in your internet browser and then trying to change the profile picture.
                              You can do so with this manual – https://7labs.io/tips-tricks/clear-site-specific-cookies-cache.html.

                              Let us know if the issue persists after this and we will look into it.

                                @petra-pik yes, i tried clearing my cache. It appears that the problem still persist. On my phone, i also tried to reinstall the mobile app. After logging in, my old profile photo is appearing. Tried different browser to make sure. I tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge. I think the problem is not browser related. Is it account related? Because if it is, im planning to delete my account and recreate a new one just to refresh my account on your end.

                                            @petra-pik As per checking now It is still the same. Attached below is the screenshot on my PC and even in my Windy App. As my standard, I reinstalled my mobile app just to make sure. But upon login, my old profile photo is still there.
