Profile Picture Bug

@petra-pik yes, i tried clearing my cache. It appears that the problem still persist. On my phone, i also tried to reinstall the mobile app. After logging in, my old profile photo is appearing. Tried different browser to make sure. I tried Firefox, Chrome and Edge. I think the problem is not browser related. Is it account related? Because if it is, im planning to delete my account and recreate a new one just to refresh my account on your end.

@Aidzer Please, send me the profile picture you would like to have. I will try to add it. Then we can see if the issue is maybe location related.

@petra-pik okay. Will send it thru the email you provided. Please be advised that i will be deleting my uploaded images so we can see if the problem will be present upon uploading the image that i will send to your email.

@Aidzer, the profile picture has been changed. This is actually a picture that I saw previously as your profile picture.

@petra-pik As per checking now It is still the same. Attached below is the screenshot on my PC and even in my Windy App. As my standard, I reinstalled my mobile app just to make sure. But upon login, my old profile photo is still there.

@Aidzer, I do see your new picture. I would try to uninstall and install the app again. This seems like it is stored in cache. If you still see your old picture after that, I will pass this to our developers.

@petra-pik Hi Petra, I just reinstalled the app and restarted my phone. But still, my old profile picture is appearing. It seems to me that even though I deleted my uploaded photo to the community website, it just keeps reappearing as the current photo even though I change it. I was able to reproduce the issue on my end again even after clearing the device/web browser cache.

@aidzer, do you see the correct picture? All cached info was cleared due to upgrade of Community we did.

@petra-pik the problem still persist. I tried to delete my uploaded picture and replaced the image with the format JPEG size 135kb. After refreshing the page, my old profile picture (Airplane) is still showing even though i click the "deleted uploaded image" option then uploading a new one. By the way in using a new laptop now with Windows 10. All programs are freshly installed and all drivers are updated.

@kim-gebhardt I'm having this problem for a long time and it seems that they are taking longer than usual to fix this bug which I'm dissappointed.
