@aidzer, do you see the correct picture? All cached info was cleared due to upgrade of Community we did.

@petra-pik the problem still persist. I tried to delete my uploaded picture and replaced the image with the format JPEG size 135kb. After refreshing the page, my old profile picture (Airplane) is still showing even though i click the "deleted uploaded image" option then uploading a new one. By the way in using a new laptop now with Windows 10. All programs are freshly installed and all drivers are updated.

@kim-gebhardt I'm having this problem for a long time and it seems that they are taking longer than usual to fix this bug which I'm dissappointed.

I also have the same issue.
I recently changed my profile picture and on windy.com my profile the new photo is there but on the Windy app the old one remains.
I have logged out and back in but to no avail, have I missed something?
Attached is a picture that is on the app and this is different from the profile picture on windy.com and community.windy.com.

Have tried logging in and out, different browsers, clearing cache but the problem still persists.
It seems to me that the issue is related to the profile picture in the app and not community.windy.com.

@petra-pik Still have problem. It's been 3 months. I hope this issue will be resolved soon.

@aidzer, we have fixed this issue, when you clear browser data, do you still see your old profile pic? You can do so with this manual – https://7labs.io/tips-tricks/clear-site-specific-cookies-cache.html#Clear_cookies_cache_and_site_data_for_a_specific_website_in_Chrome.
I would also recommend uploading the image again.

@aidzer have you tried to change your profile picture? According to our system, you have changed it on 12th of January.
Please, try to upload it now and let me know if you see your new profile picture. -
@petra-pik Hi, I change the profile picture on my end and observe it across my devices. The results are great! so far I don't have any issues yet.
