Download data from ECMWF model

Hi everyone!
I would like to know if it's possible through "Point Forecast API" to download the precipitation forecast data from the European model for several spatial points, I'm working on a hydraulic-hydrological model which intends to predict the future elevation given the amount of rainfall windy's platform has every hour.
Really appreciate your help or some guidance!!! -
