<![CDATA[cancelling premium doesn't work]]>Hello,

I am trying to cancel my premium, pay monthly, subscription. My iPhone 6 does not have a 'subscriptions section' where I can cancel it. Apple advised me to contact Windy to cancel.
The Fastspring link that I found on this forum doesn't work either. I type in my email address but it won't send me a link.
Please can you advise?

May I ask what features didn't work for you?

Here is a link with a manual on how to cancel a subscription made via App Store – https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039.
You are subscribed there so the canceling process can't be followed on FastSpring.

I am not able to cancel it for you since we have no control over the App Store.
