cancelling premium doesn't work

Hello,
I am trying to cancel my premium, pay monthly, subscription. My iPhone 6 does not have a 'subscriptions section' where I can cancel it. Apple advised me to contact Windy to cancel.
The Fastspring link that I found on this forum doesn't work either. I type in my email address but it won't send me a link.
Please can you advise?Many thanks

You are subscribed there so the canceling process can't be followed on FastSpring.I am not able to cancel it for you since we have no control over the App Store.
