I have paid for premium and don’t seem to have it applied to the app please can you help! We are meant to flood and I was hoping to get more accurate information but instead it’s worse! Please help

What is the difference between that and annual subscription?

@illum1n4ti Hello, one time payment means there is no subscription and no commitment. Annual subscription is renewable every year.

Hi, I purchased premium, but cannot access it on any of my devices. When I click annual subscription again it says 'already purchased'. I bought it via iOS, did not receive a restore code. HELP!

Premium should be available to you once you tap on 'Restore purchase'. If not, let us know if you are getting any error message.

Hi, not related to gifting, but I can't find the answer anywhere else. Is it possible to subscribe to the premium service as a monthly cost rather than a yearly amount? Most sites allow this option i.e. some people can't afford a yearly charge and are unsure if they want to subscribe for a year. I know it would be a higher amount but just can't see the answer. Great site btw - I just want to try it out for a few months this way before I commit to a years payment really!

Hi @tropical1979, the monthly subscription is no longer available. Maybe if we gather enough feedbacks we will consider putting it back.

awwww thats a shame, id happily pay more to try it out for a month or 2 before i commited, but im reluctant to pay a bulk sum in case its not for me

I too found this confusing.
Suggest you call them “One Time Purchase” and “Renewing Subscription”, because the phrase “buy for one year” implies repeating cost.

Another suggestion: the main reason for upgrading for me is getting rid of advertisements. It would be nice to have a lower price to get rid of the ads, only. Just call it “Remove Ads”. Perhaps people like me would pay $20 but not $30.

Also, the differences in density, quality, and speed should be better explained. Examples:

In Density, what’s the difference between standard and high resolution? Resolution in terms of data quality, or resolution in time?

In Quality, what’s the difference between standard data and precise data? How much more precision?

In Speed, can you quantify the improvement? In low network loading conditions, wouldn’t any difference be negligible?

I know it is not currently showing ads - thank you, but when I look at the upgrade to Premium page which compares Free vs Premium table, under Free, Privacy, it says “Targeted advertisement from 2021”.

Density - normally forecast is displayed in 3 hour intervals, but in Premium you will get forecast in 1hr steps, which is much more precise.

Quality - in free version, ECMWF is only updated 2 times a day (every 12 hours), in Premium this intervals lowers to 4 times a day (every 6 hours).

Speed - we offer faster delivery of our data.

Is it possible to access satellite data from goes with a longer period of time?
Can we access surface observations of variables such as precipitation?
If windy is used in a company, how many people can log in with the premium account at the same time?
Can we access a trial period to see how windi premium works?

I subscribed to the website version, and Alipay paid 193 yuan.
