Hi, I purchased premium, but cannot access it on any of my devices. When I click annual subscription again it says 'already purchased'. I bought it via iOS, did not receive a restore code. HELP!

To access your Premium features, follow the steps in this manual: https://community.windy.com/topic/11832/what-to-do-if-you-can-t-access-your-windy-premium-features.Premium should be available to you once you tap on 'Restore purchase'. If not, let us know if you are getting any error message.

Hi, not related to gifting, but I can't find the answer anywhere else. Is it possible to subscribe to the premium service as a monthly cost rather than a yearly amount? Most sites allow this option i.e. some people can't afford a yearly charge and are unsure if they want to subscribe for a year. I know it would be a higher amount but just can't see the answer. Great site btw - I just want to try it out for a few months this way before I commit to a years payment really!

awwww thats a shame, id happily pay more to try it out for a month or 2 before i commited, but im reluctant to pay a bulk sum in case its not for me
