      @juanbada Hello, the complete information can be found here - https://www.windy.com/subscription?50.080,14.505,5
      One Premium license can be assigned to only 1 account and is intended to be used by one user. At the moment, we do not offer trial for Windy Premium. Furthermore, a longer satellite archive is not offered via Windy Premium. One of the main Premium features is 1-hour forecast, which allows you to view detailed forecasts in shorter time steps.

        @korina Hello, I was informed by FastSpring that your payment was accepted. Please find the reply in your mailbox. To access your Premium features, follow the steps in this manual: https://community.windy.com/topic/11832/what-to-do-if-you-can-t-access-your-windy-premium-features.

              @wmn53 Yes, you can use the Premium on your both devices, since the Premium is assigned to an account under email address after the purchase.

                    @Alireza-Rezamand

                    There are 2 options:

                    • one-time purchase gives you access to Premium for one year without renewal nor subscription.
                    • the regular subscription that renews annually automatically.

                        I followed the procedure in the first post of this thread, but maybe some things have changed since 2020. There was no "Windy CheckOut" email where to pick up any code with this format - "WINDYxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx".

                        The premium account was created on my email address which is not the one the person who receive the gift is going to use.

                        Am I wrong?

                          @herrufer Hi, we changed the provider for the subscription management from Fastspring to Paddle. But the process is still completely same.

                          Unfortunately, we cannot reset the Premium now, however, we can move the Premium to certain email account. So please contact us at support@windy.com and we can handle that there as well.

                            I successfully purchased a gift subscription using the steps above. I received the purchase confirmation/invoice from "Paddle" but I did not receive the activation code from "FastSpring". (I was not logged into an account when I made the purchase.) Thank you for your assistance.

                              @SMccandelss Hi, Paddle offer the same code, which is available in the invoice and it starts with 'txn'. You can use that to assign the Premium to gifted user.
