    Windy subscription not portable across devices?

      I have windy premium on my phone, but it doesn't seem to be portable. My iPad says I don't have it, and my web browser says I don't have it. Is this intended?

        Hi, if you have Windy Premium on your phone, you can get it on iPad and on desktop. You must log in with the same account on all devices.
        Could you show a screenshot of you phone app main screen.

            OK so you have Windy.com app on your phone. If you log in your iPad and your web browser with the same account it should work. Try to use your email instead of your username.

              So I log in as "korvinae" on my phone. I use the same on the browser. But It's not connecting. Its really hard to see which account you are in while you are logged in, because nowhere in the UI does it say (on iPhone).

                  Yes. I just logged out, logged back in with email associated with username. Still not premium.

                    @korvinae You are not a premium member at all. Make sure your subscription is connected to your account. Try "restore purchases" button from the device you made a purchase from. After linking your subscription with your account, it will work accross all platforms.

                      @marekd Hello. This is formerly korvinae. It took me a while, but I found the email I used to register on my iPhone. You were of course correct, korvinae user account was not linked.

                      If I may, one suggestion would be to be able to see which email you are logged in with on the windy iPhone app, because usernames don't have to be unique and so I couldn't see anywhere in the interface which email was logged in.
