How enter the position of a new webcam?

When I want to add e new webcam, I cannot enter the postition of the camera: The field for this doesn't accept any entrance. Or how can I generate a marker in the map on the right side, to fix the position?
The website doesn't work as I attend.

@uelimorf Hello, the position for webcam can be set by picking the location on the map. You cannot enter the location.
