Impossible to login

After so many attempts to login, and reset password or other attempts for a normal login, I would like to cancel membership. My payment was done two hours ago and I deeply regret it. Can anyone tell me how to cancel windy ?

Hello @louis-peeters, we are very sorry for the inconvenience. We had some system updates that affected the ability to log into the application. Are you able to log into the application now?
Since the inability to log in lasted for a few hours due to the maintenance that was done to improve our services, would you then reconsider your decision to unsubscribe?

To cancel the subscription, you have to go to a platform you are originally subscribed to since we don’t have any control over these platforms:

I'm still not able to login via android phone - but tablet is possible. So I will let it rest for a few hours and try again later. If it works I wil stay customer and could bring in my sailing group with a lot of readers.
