Premium version not work

Hi, I ordered my premium version and pay it via google play and credit card. I received number of order but when I login I cant get premium version - forecast one by one hours. Please do you know why? I was trying fill my order number but they said - wrong number. Thank you

Note, that in your case you have to restore your purchase in the application. You will not have to fill in any order number. -
