This is the problem with simple pictograms without understanding the correct situation behind the logo.<br />
This type of pictogram can be displayed to describe for instance a morning with fog until the sun can heat the low layers up enough to overcome the inversion of temperature, then the fog disappears and sun is shining. This is of course juste one example</p>
