Through which platform have you created the subscription?
If it was via App Store/Google Play, you have to contact the store because we have no control over payments and subscriptions there.
In case you are subscribed via desktop – FastSpring, please, let me know what email you used for the subscription, I don't see your email linked to any order (or you can message me your order reference number).
