Urgent HELP to to add a new webcam in Windy

I'm new to Windy,
I would like to know why despite the various attempts to insert my webcam in Windy, this one does not load.
I've made several attempts from the official page but it doesn't load.

There is an issue with the image format, but we will look into that.

if it can help the webcam is on a PHPpage and shows a continuous update of JPG images.
If it is possible to have it soon it would be nice.
