Temperature on Airgram looks wrong

Temperature on the map says -1 degree but Airgram says 6 or 7 degree. (Meteogram says -1 degree FYI.)

Temperature shown in the map and in Meteogram is the temperature at surface (2m above ground).
Airgram shows temperature in free atmosphere according to mean pressure level, which is a bit different from the surface temperature at same altitude. Since pressure levels do not correspond to very precise altitudes.
Furthermore temperature at surface varies with radiation during the day. Temperature max in afternoon and temperature min at end of the night. Temperature in free atmosphere varies only with temperature of air mass when you are above 850 hPa approximately.
