No way to switch to premium

So I click on the "I want a premium account", I am shown my google account details and the last 4 numbers of my card, and when I click on proceed I am taken to a page to reconfirm my password. Yet that page has only one button, with no text box in it. The page simply refreshes when I click on the reconfirm password button.
