Not possible to activate premium service

How to get in use of the Premium service I just payed for? I received the invoice including invoice number but no usefull answer until now under the given sevice e-mail adress, no idea how to reach this functionality you show on your webside:

Activation of the gifted Windy Premium code is as follows:
Login to your account or create one here
Go to Subscriptions and click on "Restore purchases"
Then insert the gifted code (WINDYxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxxx) and you are all set! Windy Premium will be assigned to your account."
So what can I do.
