Where are the isobar maps

I am wondering, why I see the isobar map on my cell phone, but not on the computer?

What you call isobar map is may be what Windy names Pressure map.
See More layers to get the long list of layers and tick Pressure.

If you talk about isobars as isolines overlaying different maps, just tick Pressure at bottom right corner.
