Re: How to cancel my Windy subscription?
When I enrolled to Windy Premium it was said that I pay around $2 per month and I can cancel anytime. When I went on to cancel I realized that it is not possible I can cancel only after a full year! This is misleading! please cancel me right away charging only one month!

Hello @danraf, I am sorry to hear about this misunderstanding. The offer states that it is an annual subscription for $18.99, not monthly. The smaller amount only demonstrates how much it costs when you divide it between 12 months.
Cancel anytime means you can cancel it during the whole year before it renews for another year.
During the purchase process, only the annual price is mentioned and paid. There is no option to choose monthly.
To cancel the subscription, you have to go to a platform you are originally subscribed to since we don’t have any control over these platforms:
