Missing Webcams

Hi, there are some webcams that are added to Windy, but do not show up on the map (whaterever maginfication is used). Though, they did show up in the past! E.g. there is an area that showed 4 webcams in the past, now I can only see one. When trying to add the other webcams, windy says that these webcams are already observed/added? ...Where are they?
