Home city not default

I have set my home city as Sydney. When I open windy even with location on it defaults to Victoria which is 1000km away. And I cannot remove the search bar results or reset anything in settings. This is a very poor platform for people paying for the premium service. Why is there no way to refresh or reset the settings. Very disappointed to be paying as a premium member for so little usability.
