<p dir="auto">The same weather report is here: <a href="https://www.wunderground.com/history/daily/HEAT/date/2021-1-3" rel="nofollow ugc">link text</a> but it includes the missing values, in this case the missing value is: Wind Speed = 6 Km/h.</p>

Meteo. observations at airports (METARs), report wind speed in knots.<br />
When the wind speed (in knots) is changed in km/hr, we can observe<br />
the "problem" you mention.<br />
1 kt=1.852 km/h,<br />
so 1 kt is rounded to 2 km/hr<br />
2 kt = 3.7 = aprox. 4 km/hr<br />
3 kt =  5.5 = aprox 6 km/hr<br />
4 kt = 7.4 = aprox 7 km/hr etc<br />
Because of this we cannot see 1 km/hr, 3km/hr, 5 km/hr<br />
(but we see 4, 6, 7 ...).</p>

Differences might be caused by different upload intervals.</p>

<p dir="auto">You can see this clearly by comparing an airport weather station and a WMO weather station at the same airport for the same time period.</p>
<p dir="auto">Note: You should take many samples as this is not happening frequently.</p>
