well seems that I can’t load photo either

I’ve tried over a couple of weeks and restart and restall just don’t work

Even after resetting the password and/or trying a password without special characters. My error message is "Login failed. Invalid Password". No problems with those sign in credentials on my MacBook Pro.

You will then receive an email and will be able to change it.

When you are logging in, are you typing the password manually? Sometimes saved password isn't correct.
