Login failure on ipad4

Login works well on ipad4 chrome, but unable to login in app 
well seems that I can’t load photo either
Login failed.
An unexpected error has occurred. Try it again later.
I’ve tried over a couple of weeks and restart and restall just don’t work

When you are logging in, are you typing the password manually? Sometimes saved password isn't correct.

@petra-pik I always type the passwords myself(Do you mean that Windy(app) can save passwords?)By the way, when I type incorrect passwords intentionally, the response is still"unexpected error"

@thermodraft I would recommend resetting your password with 'Forgot password?'. You will then receive an email and will be able to change it.

I am having the same problems with my iPhone 10 as well as my iPad Pro. Even after resetting the password and/or trying a password without special characters. My error message is "Login failed. Invalid Password". No problems with those sign in credentials on my MacBook Pro.
