Rain and snow symbols in Meteoblue diagram

Sometime the Meteoblue diagram shows rain amounts together with Snow symbol. Here 1.4mm of rain with a snowflake symbol.
With ECMWF diagram, rain amounts are always shown together with droplet symbols. Or with a symbol of droplet and snow flake when it is a mix of rain and snow
Symbols on Meteoblue diagram do not seem consistent with the other models.
