Urgent assistance to insert webcam

Hi, I had already posted to find out why it took so long to approve my webcam, I was told by an administrator that they would check shortly but I have not heard from again.
Someone could insert it in a short time, I have already made many requests and I need to have it visible on Windy. Thanks, I await response.My webcam is this:
