multiple devices log in problem

Hi, I need some help. I find Windy a great app. In December I subscribed a premium Winy account. I downloaded the app in two different devices a tablet and a Smartphone with android both on board but with different phone number of course. I loged in both with the same userid and password. Till last week I was able to use the app indifferently in one of the devices and each time I opened it I found already loggedin. It is some days every time I open the app I have to login. It seems if I make the login on one device the app log me out in the other. As you may easily understand I prefere the previous situation.

Thanks for your answer .At the very beginning I did not experienced any problems. It was possible to be logged in on every devices, I mean my two devices. It is about two or three weeks no more than one devices at the same time it is allowed to be logged.
I just checked right now I logged in on my mobile and the app logged me out on my tablet. So the answer is Yes every time I open the app on the other device.

What version of the application (can be found at the bottom of the Menu) and operating system do you have on your devices? -

No errors reported on in the error console. App version 27.3.1Device 2

No errors reported in the console. App versione is the same 27.3.1I hope yuo will find these informatione usefull and yuou will find the way to fix my pronlem

First. I have just one account my userid is virtual.mail@libero.it or freewind1.
Second. This morning i got two message in the error console of my mobile reporting two errors. It is not so easy to find the best way to send such messages to you. I guess you would have them. Am i right?

@freewind-1, may I ask you to DM me a screenshot of payment for the subscription, my colleague will look into it.
Would you try to log out of both devices and lock back in with your account? The only explanation is that you may have two accounts. You can upload a screenshot of the login screen with filled credentials, right before you hit the login button.

Petra what of i delete the app in my devices both and reinstall It?
It Is possibile the problem cames from using in the cast the username freewind1 instead the email adress to login

@freewind-1 I would recommend uninstalling and installing the application again.
Do you get logged out of the other device when you log in to both devices only with your username?
