It is strange, maybe try to clear your cache again and turn off VPN if you use any.

It seem it does not retain the choice,

Another question
What is the difference between the one year payment and the annualk subscription ?
Does it mean you cannot cancel the annual subsciption if you eventually want to?

Apparently, arabic language was set (I do not know how), and by selecting your country you do not change language.
There is a link to change language (but it was in arabic), and someone pointed me there
