Subscription payment page in arabic letters

Whenever I click to get a subscription, I get what you see in the picture attached.
I am in Argentina.

A friend helped me out.
Apparently, arabic language was set (I do not know how), and by selecting your country you do not change language.
There is a link to change language (but it was in arabic), and someone pointed me there

What is the difference between the one year payment and the annualk subscription ?
Does it mean you cannot cancel the annual subsciption if you eventually want to?
