Icon EU not working in certain areas and when zooming in.

Hello @michalluczaj098, would you describe what exactly is happening? Does the visualization disappear when you try to zoom?
When I try to zoom into this location, I see ICON-EU coverage as it should be.
I would also recommend uninstalling and installing the application again.

@petra-pik Hi, so when i open app, switch to "Rain, storm" category and then switch ECMWF to ICON nothing really happens (it still shows ECMWF view). Then when i try zooming in or out, everything just messes up, sometimes nothing shows (only wind particles), sometimes only certain area working properly as screenshot above shows.
I've tried to reinstall app, but nothing changed.
And all others forecast models working properly as well, only ICON is broken, at least for me.

@michalluczaj098 Hello, this could be caused by slow internet connection or older mobile device. I can see this view when I'm moving the map and the layer is loading.

@korina u mnie jest ten sam problem Icon eu aktualizacja 1 dzień temu . Nie jest to wina internetu i sprzętu mam androida 10

@korina co ciekawe mapa szczegółową się zaktualizowała o 9 rano , wygląda jakby mapy się nie zaktualizowały czas aktualizacji dzień temu

@korina Im using Iphone 11 and also tested with LTE and WiFI connection, both working very well (as internet connection ofc, not ICON on app). It seems like the problem maybe ICON itself, but who knows really. Also thinking about regional restrictions, @przemo1986 have same problem and we both from same country, idk just trying to figure it out. BUT works fine on desktop though.
Also, as mentioned, last ICON update is "1 day ago" on my mobile and 11h ago on desktop.

@korina dwa razy odinstalowałem i instalowałem aplikacje. System to android 10 testowane na LTE oraz Wifi z prędkością 300 mb i nic nie pomaga

@korina już chyba wiem gdzie jest problem przy zalogowaniu na stronę również mam taki błąd jak się wyloguje z konta premium model Icon działa . Jednak to nie pomaga przy aplikacji .Korina czy problem może zależeć od użytkownika lub jego lokalizacji ,?

Thanks for reporting. There is no regional restriction on windy. It was bug on our backends caused by switching to new icon implementation. It is fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

@kubav027 poprawiło się jednak jest błąd jeszcze jeden Mapy w aplikacji są zmieniane co 3 godziny dla użytkownika premium a były co godzinę. Tak jest na stronie a w aplikacji jest co 3 znowu. Będzie to poprawione ?

@przemo1986 Hello, I just checked the application and forecast is in 1hr interval. Does this happen for a specific model?

tylko w modelu Icon i tylko w aplikacji , wiem ze sa taki problemy z powodu wdrazania modelu icon global
