URGENT: Icon model missing in paid API

Just noticed that recent IconEu is missing in my paid API. GFS is working fine and Icon also working fine in windy.com. Just missing in the paid API. Hope this can be fixed soon. I can't say how long this has been, but got feedback from my customer today 26.1.2021

Hello @saaneuvos, we have just released ICON-EU. As API documentation states, you have access to GFS, ICON, NAM, AROME, and GEOS5 models, not ICON-EU. Thank you for your understanding.

@petra-pik Thanks for answer. So I have had my paid API for two years now and it has Included model with name Icon (I have thought Iconeu, becaus limited area). And today this Icon hasn't updated anymore. So what shall I do to get my Icon back or if you have changed the Icon, how can I get the other Icon to replace my old Icon model. At the moment there is only GFS ( in my region) not any Icon model in my paid API.

@saaneuvos, does the ICON model work now for your API? There was a technical issue, that is solved now.
